Click Add Money, or tap the + icon next to a specific cryptocurrency to initiate a deposit into that specific wallet.

3. Choose Your Currency and Network

Select the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit. If prompted, choose the corresponding blockchain network.

FAQs: Depositing at Kikabet

What cryptocurrencies do you support?

We support a wide range of popular cryptocurrencies. You can view the full, up-to-date list directly in your Kikabet Wallet.

When will my crypto arrive?

Most deposits are processed within minutes. However, timing depends on blockchain network traffic and the specific payment method used.

Can I deposit in my local currency (Fiat)?

No—Kikabet is a crypto-first platform and only supports cryptocurrency deposits. We do not currently accept traditional fiat (e.g., USD, EUR, NGN).

Can I buy cryptocurrency directly on the site?

Not yet! However, we are hard at work on a Buy Crypto feature that will allow you to purchase assets directly through your wallet. Stay tuned!

🔍 Troubleshooting: I Can’t See My Deposit

While deposits are usually near-instant, network congestion can occasionally cause delays. Rest assured: your funds are safe.

How Deposits Are Processed

  • Confirmations: All deposits require a specific number of blockchain confirmations before they appear.

  • Variable Times: Speed varies depending on the network (e.g., Bitcoin vs. Ethereum) and current congestion.

  • Notifications: We’ll notify you at every stage of the process.

How to Track Your Funds

Navigate to Account > Transaction History to view your real-time status. For advanced tracking, you can also use a blockchain explorer with your transaction ID.

My balance hasn't updated—what's wrong?

If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but not in your Kikabet balance, please check the following:

  • The Deposit Address: Ensure you sent it to your unique Kikabet address. If sent to an unknown or incorrect address, recovery is generally not possible.

  • Network or Token Mismatch: Using an unsupported token or the wrong network (e.g., sending BTC to an ETH address) will result in a failed credit.

Pro Tips for Success:

  • Always verify the blockchain network (e.g., ERC-20 vs. TRC-20).

  • Start with a small test transfer if you are unsure.

  • Use the QR code or copy-paste function to avoid typos.

💸 Why is my deposit amount lower than expected?

1. Network Transaction Fees (Gas Fees) Blockchain networks charge a fee to process transfers. These fees are paid to the network miners/validators, not to us. Kikabet has no control over these external costs.

2. Exchange Rate Fluctuations If you are viewing your balance in a fiat currency (like USD), the value may shift due to the real-time market volatility of the cryptocurrency you deposited.

📈 Deposit Limits

Kikabet offers total flexibility: we have no minimum or maximum deposit limits for any supported cryptocurrency.
